We design Dreamly® systems to become a consistent part of your recovery routine.
If it’s not the right fit, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

30-Day Trial

You may test the system during this period.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • in good condition
  • fully functional
  • returned with all original components and packaging
  • accompanied by proof of purchase

Once your request is approved, you’ll receive the correct return instructions and return address.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.


Return Shipping

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Dreamly® covers the return shipping cost.
  • For all other returns, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  •  products damaged due to improper handling
  •  incomplete returns (missing parts or packaging)
  •  gift cards
  •  clearance or final-sale items

Certain personal-use accessories may not be eligible for return once opened for hygiene and safety reasons.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different configuration is:

  1. Request a return for the original item
  2. Place a new order

This ensures the quickest processing time.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

The item must be returned in its original condition with all components and proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  •  your refund will be issued to the original payment method
  •  processing time is typically 5–10 business days
  •  your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund
